About Our Lead Host - Alex Kremer
Alex Kremer is the Founder and CEO of Alluviance, an organization and community dedicated to transforming sales and leadership for individuals and businesses alike. In the past 3 years, Alex has hosted over 20 sales and leadership retreats with over 500 people attending. With over 15 years of experience, Alex has coached, trained, and led sales leaders, sales professionals, and teams from companies such as Salesforce, AWS, Gong, Microsoft, and many others. During his time as a leader at Outreach, he played a pivotal role in scaling the company from $25 million to $250 million in revenue, growing the company from 200 to 2,000 employees, and opening up the New York office.
Alex Kremer is widely recognized for building high-performing sales teams, cultivating growth-oriented cultures, and developing purpose-driven leaders. His expertise has been featured at Dreamforce, 30 Minutes to President’s Club Podcast, Outreach Unleash, and Surf and Sales, and on platforms such as The Sales Engagement Podcast, and his own podcast, The Rising Leader.
